We were relocating from Alberta and only available in the area on specific dates for short periods of time. Kristina arranged multiple showings per day at my request and did a brilliant job of organizing everything. Kristina also travelled as far north as Scotch Creek and Tappen on Shuswap Lake, and south to Osoyoos, at my request, in order to show us the properties I wanted to see. She changed her plans and booked additional showings on the fly in order to accommodate our schedule in each area. She also handled the walk-through on closing so that I wouldn’t need to travel from Alberta. Kristina went above and beyond in her efforts to help me find my dream home and we were successful!!!

Kristina made my first time home buying experience flawless. Living in Surrey I was looking in Kelowna which made viewings challenging. If I couldn't personally see it Kristina would do a video tour for me and answer all my questions, she had many answers to questions I hadn't even thought of. In the end I found my perfect home, it checked all the boxes. Without the knowledge, patience and positive energy Kristina brought to the process I doubt I would have bought this year. She made me feel like I was her only client. Thank You Kristina!  

Kristina was great, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the whole process as a new buyer I was very grateful to work work with her. I do look forward to working with her in the future as well when I am able to upgrade from my townhouse to a full house.
